Kamala specializes in bridging deep engineering with business impact, focusing on Agentic AI and LLM-powered cloud solutions that optimize costs and scale revenue. By combining analytical rigor with visionary leadership, she ensures every solution is secure, scalable, and engineered to lead the next wave of digital evolution.
Karthik Subramanya
Karthik Subramanya is a distinguished business leader with over 25 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and strategic transformation. Based in Edinburgh, he serves as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group and sits on the board of Scottish Enterprise and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
Formerly the Director of Strategy at SSE plc, Karthik combines deep operational expertise with a vision for future-ready governance. He is passionate about harnessing emerging technologies, such as AI, to drive organizational efficiency, accelerate the Net Zero transition, and unlock sustainable economic growth for modern enterprises.
